How FOF structures agricultural groups to optimize outputs, train local mentors, and build resilient village trade centers.
Smallholder farming can be highly fragmented. To solve this, FOF organizes over **4,500 farmers** into structured cooperatives and farming groups consisting of **15 to 50 farmers**.
Each cooperative is a registered local entity, democratically managed, and led by a trained **Lead Farmer**. By grouping farmers together, we can seamlessly coordinate bulk seed deliveries, conduct localized extension trainings, and route transport trucks directly to village buying points.
